Migrants In The Caravan Filed Lawsuit That Could End America

Migrants-In-The-Caravan-Filed-One-Lawsuit-That-Could-End-America-As-You-Know-It-1024x667

The migrant caravan marching toward America is a serious threat.

But no one had any idea just how dangerous they really are.

Migrants in the caravan just filed one lawsuit that could end the country as you know it.

Migrants In Caravan Sue Donald Trump

Twelve Honduran migrants in the caravan – including six children – are suing Donald Trump by claiming he violated their Fifth Amendment rights.

They cite a 1993 opinion by Justice Scalia who stated, “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in a deportation proceeding.”

Mike Donovan, the lawyer who filed the suit, appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show to explain this absurd motion.

“They are claiming rights under the asylum provisions of our statutes that affords them due process rights under that law. We have due process under the law. This is a law that is specifically directed to them so of course, they have due process rights,” Donovan declared.

But Carlson shut him down with one cold, hard truth.

The migrants are not on U.S. soil.

Therefore, the Constitution does not apply to them.

“Let me just correct you as a non-lawyer. They do not possess those rights if they are in another country and not U.S. citizens. If they possess those rights, then, I don’t know, the entire country of Nigeria — pick a country that is poorer than the United States and say ‘we want to come there,’ president says you can’t come and all of a sudden eight hundred million people sue you for violating their constitutional rights for a country they’ve never been to?” Carlson told Donovan.

The Left’s Real End Game

Donald Trump wants to deny asylum to anyone entering the country illegally.

But the left not only wants to undercut Trump’s desire to secure the border, they want to do something even more sinister.

They want to file a series of cases to eventually create a right to illegally immigrate into America.

The left ran this playbook when the court imposed nationwide homosexual marriage in 2015.

First, they won the Lawrence v. Texas case that struck down Texas’s sodomy laws.

Then they won a second case in 2008 by overturning California’s Proposition 8—which amended the state Constitution that established marriage as one man and one woman.

Finally, in 2015, the left used these victories to eventually win the Obergefell v. Hodges case, which invented the right to homosexual marriage.

The left wants a repeat with illegal immigration.

If the court establishes a right to illegal immigration, many Americans fear the country will be lost forever.

Democrats would open the borders to millions of illegal immigrants.

Liberals would then ram amnesty into law and grant them voting rights.

That would allow the Democrats to win elections for a generation.

The consequences for America would be catastrophic.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

Ann Coulter Just Exposed A Huge Secret About The Migrant Caravan

Ann-Coulter-Just-Exposed-A-Huge-Secret-About-The-Migrant-Caravan-1024x538

Droves of illegal migrants are heading to the U.S. border.

They claim to be seeking asylum from their home countries in South America.

But Ann Coulter just exposed a huge secret about the caravan.

Ann Coulter Exposes The Truth

The illegal migrant caravan is growing every day.

They’ve already entered one country illegally and plan to do the same when they arrive at the U.S. border.

Those in the caravan claim to be seeking asylum from their home countries—and the left-wing media has been working hard to promote those claims.

But many American’s don’t believe it’s really the case.

Ann Coulter is one of those people.

As a conservative commentator with 13 New York Times best-selling books, she is a strong authority on immigration.

Speaking on a Fox News Channel program, she laid out exactly why these aren’t asylum cases:

“None of these are asylum cases or they’d stop in the first country they get to.”

Continuing on, she explains why:

“THE IDEA OF ASYLUM IS SOMETHING LIKE THERE’S A HOLOCAUST, THERE’S A POTATO FAMINE. NO THIS IS HOW THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS LIVE WHICH IS WHY ALL OF DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WANT TO COME TO THE … BIGGEST WELFARE STATE IN THE WORLD, THAT IS THE UNITED STATES.”

The Caravan Coming To The Biggest Welfare State

Calling the U.S. the biggest welfare state in the world is a correct statement.

If the U.S. grants asylum to the caravan, they will have access to the same government programs available to U.S. citizens like healthcare, public education, and food stamps.

Those are things not as readily available in Mexico.

If they simply wanted asylum, they could stay in Mexico and live there.

But they know they won’t get expansive welfare programs like in the U.S.

And according to Coulter, that is exactly why they aren’t choosing to live in Mexico.

That’s why it is the job of the U.S. to stop them.

President Trump Working To Stop The Caravan

Democrats are hoping we accept the illegal migrants, but Republicans are fighting back.

President Trump is fully ready to deny them entry.

And he’s sent U.S. troops to the border to do just that.

Trump made his intentions clear on Twitter.

“To those in the Caravan, turnaround, we are not letting people into the United States illegally. Go back to your Country and if you want, apply for citizenship like millions of others are doing!” Trump said.

This shows how differently Trump handles things.

Had Hillary been president, she likely would have allowed the illegal migrants full asylum so she wouldn’t anger her far-left constituents.

But Trump has a backbone and isn’t going to abandon what he believes in.

Are you happy that President Trump is in office right now?

Trump attacks Paul Ryan, says he ‘knows nothing’ about birthright citizenship

President Donald Trump went after House Speaker Paul Ryan on Wednesday, saying one of the top Republican leaders in the President’s party “knows nothing about” birthright citizenship and “should be focusing on holding the Majority” in the House of Representatives “rather than giving his opinions” on the issue.

The comments come a day after Ryan threw cold water on the President’s assertion that he can use executive action to end the constitutional guarantee of citizenship to anyone born in the United States.

Ryan told a Kentucky radio station Tuesday that “you cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order,” following remarks from the President indicating that Trump believes he can do just that, though many legal scholars disagree.

On Wednesday, the President tweeted, “Paul Ryan should be focusing on holding the Majority rather than giving his opinions on Birthright Citizenship, something he knows nothing about! Our new Republican Majority will work on this, Closing the Immigration Loopholes and Securing our Border!”

An aide to Ryan declined to comment on the President’s tweet.
Separately, a senior GOP aide defended Ryan when asked about Trump’s tweet.
“This is a great way to screw up the message a week before the election,” this aide told. “First the birthright comment itself and now attacking the top Republican in Congress who is trying to save our majority.”

Ryan, who is leaving Congress at the end of his term in January, has been helping to campaign for Republicans as the midterms approach, including both vulnerable incumbents and new candidates in competitive races. When he spoke to radio station WVLK on Tuesday, he was in Kentucky campaigning for Republican Rep. Andy Barr, who is trying to hold onto his House seat.

During the interview on Tuesday, Ryan quickly sought to emphasize common ground with the President on immigration policy, despite saying that it was not possible to end birthright citizenship via executive order.

“Where we obviously totally agree with the President is getting at the root issue here, which is unchecked illegal immigration,” Ryan said. “We — House Republicans and this President — are in total agreement on the Preneed to stop illegal immigration, to secure our border and fix our laws.”
The midterm elections, where Republicans are at risk of losing their majority in the House, take place next Tuesday.

Republicans are viewed as more likely to retain the Senate than the House and Democratic leaders are projecting confidence that they will win the lower chamber of Congress.

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi predicted on Tuesday night that Democrats will take back the House, saying during an interview with late-night host Stephen Colbert, “We will win.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has lashed out at Ryan.
During the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump called Ryan a “very weak and ineffective leader” after Ryan told fellow Republicans he would no longer defend Trump after the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape surfaced in which Trump could be heard bragging about groping women.

There Is News About Brett Kavanaugh That No Trump Supporter Is Going To Like

Donald Trump and his supporters thought they won the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation fight.

But then some bad news came in.

And Trump and his supporters will not be happy with what happened.

Republicans See Kavanaugh Bounce Fade

Republicans saw a surge in support after the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation battle.

Americans looked at the Democrats behavior and were disgusted.

Democrats used fake news, hoaxes, smears, and women lying about rape to try and stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

Republican voters had been trailing Democrats in voter enthusiasm up to that point.

But getting a taste of how Democrats would act if they were in power inspired Republicans to turn out and vote.

Republicans in key Senate races saw their political fortunes improve.

In key states like Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Texas, and Tennessee, Republicans led Democrats in early voting.

But that appears to have changed.

Republican and Democrat strategists both say their internal polling shows the Kavanaugh bounce has faded.

Rob Stutzman – a California Republican operative – told Politico this was the case.

“Clearly the Kavanaugh confirmation was an inflection point to activate the Republican base, and even pull over some Democratic men,” Stutzman said. “But that’s an effect that benefits the Senate and leaves suburban members of Congress stranded. It’s unlikely we won back suburban Orange County voters.”

Democrats Split Over Kavanaugh Hearings

But Democrats contend they also saw a Kavanaugh bounce.

Democrat Pollster Ben Tulchin informed Politico that the Kavanaugh fight helped them in the upscale suburbs where Democrats expect to pick up House seats.

“The Kavanaugh hearings did set us back, but it depended on geography,” he stated. “The more upscale districts, where we’ve done well all cycle, it was to our benefit there, and in more downscale districts with rural pockets, it was a challenge.

But other Democrats saw the danger the Kavanaugh hearings held for Democrats.

Dan McCready – a Democrat running for Congress in a conservative North Carolina district – ripped the Democrats for their conduct during the hearings in an interview with Politico.

“I think people in North Carolina feel that those hearings were another example of how broken Washington is now,” McCready declared. “For me, putting country over party, Democrats and Republicans working together, that’s the leadership we need right now.”

Donald Trump Makes A Change

Donald Trump recognized that the Kavanaugh bounce could not last forever.

That’s why he made immigration the number one issue in America.

Democrats helped with their support for open borders in the face of the migrant caravan invasion.

Thousands of migrants marched through Central America intending to pour over America’s southern border.

The fake news media claims this isn’t a real threat because the migrant caravan won’t reach our border for weeks.

But it doesn’t matter when they show up.

The simple fact that thousands of migrants think they can walk across America’s southern border is a threat in and of itself.

This is a direct challenge to America’s sovereignty.

If America can’t control her borders, she is no longer a nation.

That’s why Trump is making immigration a central campaign issue.
